Overall Rating
  • Shore to Shore was one of those film festivals, which is small, but have soul and human touch in it.

Don't expect something huge and fabulous on par with Sundance or Cannes. But i can tell that fest organizers - Kelly and Rae Ann - done everything possible to make this event memorable.
All communications before festival were timely and all issues or questions addressed accordingly.
They managed to get spacious newer movie theater - which also serves some restaurant type food food, so you could feed your guests and audience.
They also were one of few brave one - festival happened on brink of COVID shutdown, and they were forced to improvise on flight - but every challenge was solved. Festival kept all necessary
sanitary standards and precautions, provided hand sanitizers and asked to maintain distance between visitors. They lost room for in-between-showings lecture - Shore to Shore quickly found new one. Several invited speakers for those lectures decided not to come - they were replaced on the same day.
In overall - i hope that virus hold will ease on us all and Shore to Shore will return next year.

If you looking for small festival which will appreciate your work, and you need something to start your festival run and publicity campaign - Shore to Shore can be you choice for moderate price, and guaranteed of consideration of your submission.

If I wouldn’t have known beforehand, I wouldn’t have been able to tell this was there first year as a festival. Everything was very well organized and the theater was amazing. So honored to be a part of this festival, and hope to be again in the future!

  • This festival went so well! Kelly, Rae Ann and the whole team were great with communicating, everything was so well planned and thought out. I truly enjoyed being a part of this festival and our film, "Happenstance" was lucky enough to receive "Best Romance" from Shore to Shore and we are so thankful and appreciative of the honor. I'd highly recommend this festival to any filmmaker :)

  • Our experience at Shore to Shore was phenomenal. Kelly and her team were fantastic with communication and hospitality. I wasn’t able to be there but my partner Wendy did and she only had extraordinary things to say. The venue was magical. And the quality of films were all very high. What a way to start with a bang! Congrats for creating this and hope to be a part of it again next year or in the future.
