Film Specifications
• Runtime: No minimum or maximum length restrictions
• Format: Digital submissions only (MP4, MOV, or AVI preferred)
• Resolution: Minimum 1080p HD quality
• Language: Films in any language accepted (English subtitles required for non-English films)
• Completion Date: Films must be completed within 30 months of submission deadline

Filmmaker Eligibility
• Open to filmmakers worldwide, regardless of age or experience level
• Both individual filmmakers and production teams welcome
• Student and professional works equally considered
• No geographical restrictions

Submission Process
Required Materials
• Completed submission form with filmmaker biography
• High-quality digital copy of the film
• Still images from the film (minimum 3, maximum 10)
