Rules & Terms

1. Submission Guidelines: Films of all genres and styles are welcome, as long as they
demonstrate creativity, originality, and narrative innovation.
2. Eligibility: The festival is open to filmmakers of all backgrounds and experience
levels.
3. Format Requirements: Films must be submitted in digital format via our online
submission platform. Specific technical specifications will be provided upon
registration.
4. Copyright and Ownership: Filmmakers must hold the rights to their submitted work
and ensure that all content used in the film is original or properly licensed.
5. Selection Process: Submissions will be reviewed by our panel of industry
professionals, who will evaluate films based on their storytelling merit, creativity, and
unexpected twists.
6. Notification and Awards: Selected filmmakers will be notified via email. Awards will be presented to outstanding entries during the festival.
7. Screening Rights: By submitting a film, filmmakers grant the festival the right to
screen their work during the event and for promotional purposes.
8. Publicity and Promotion: Filmmakers agree to allow the festival to use excerpts from
their films, as well as their name and likeness, for promotional purposes.
9. Entry Fees: There is a nominal entry fee for each film submission, which helps
support the operational costs of the festival.
10. Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable, even in the event of disqualification or
withdrawal of a submission.
11. Legal Responsibility: Filmmakers are responsible for ensuring that their submitted
work complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and
intellectual property rights.

    Thank you for the nomination; I am honored. Unfortunately, the communication and transparency surrounding the event are very poor, and virtually nothing can be found out about it. It seems as though the greatest effort is being made to conceal the responsible parties. There is no legal notice. I was thinking of submitting the film for an event in Hamburg in February 2026. There is much room for improvement.
