demonstrate creativity, originality, and narrative innovation.
2. Eligibility: The festival is open to filmmakers of all backgrounds and experience
levels.
3. Format Requirements: Films must be submitted in digital format via our online
submission platform. Specific technical specifications will be provided upon
registration.
4. Copyright and Ownership: Filmmakers must hold the rights to their submitted work
and ensure that all content used in the film is original or properly licensed.
5. Selection Process: Submissions will be reviewed by our panel of industry
professionals, who will evaluate films based on their storytelling merit, creativity, and
unexpected twists.
6. Notification and Awards: Selected filmmakers will be notified via email. Awards will be presented to outstanding entries during the festival.
7. Screening Rights: By submitting a film, filmmakers grant the festival the right to
screen their work during the event and for promotional purposes.
8. Publicity and Promotion: Filmmakers agree to allow the festival to use excerpts from
their films, as well as their name and likeness, for promotional purposes.
9. Entry Fees: There is a nominal entry fee for each film submission, which helps
support the operational costs of the festival.
10. Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable, even in the event of disqualification or
withdrawal of a submission.
11. Legal Responsibility: Filmmakers are responsible for ensuring that their submitted
work complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and
intellectual property rights.
