Independent international Film Festival Comical Animals is a festival dedicated to films and cartoons, the authors are talented artists and filmmakers from around the world.

The aim of the festival is to bring great works of these wonderful people to the largest possible number of viewers.

Send your work to our festival can be a platform through FilmFreeway, our festival has no sponsors, so we are forced to charge registration fees for participants in organizational costs.

Rules & Terms

To the movie / cartoon was adopted at our festival, it must meet the following criteria:
Film / cartoons should be about animals (Student films are accepted);
Film / cartoons should not exceed 30 minutes in time;
Movies / cartoons must be produced after January 1, 2010;
Movies / cartoons should be available in a format MP4 (codec H.264) and have a Full HD-quality.
Number of entries accepted into the program of the Festival is limited, pre-selection of the heads of the festival is carried out on a general basis. Once your movie / cartoon will be accepted into the program of the Festival, you will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail.
