Wiz-Art will take place on 22-27 of September 2026 in Lviv, Ukraine.

The festival was launched by the 2008-founded art collective Wiz-Art. It shows more than 100 new short films annually and a panorama of full-length features and documentaries.
Wiz-Art is a powerful cultural and educational platform that unites Ukrainian and foreign filmmakers and introduces them to the Ukrainian audience of experienced professionals.

We offer free submissions for student films, but only if film schools ask for a waiver.

    That was honestly one of warmest festival experiences I had.
    All these days of Wizart I felt like a part of a huge friendly event, having an opportunity to meet great people and talk to awesome filmmakers. The festival did a great job connecting people!
    Selection of films was well-balanced, including lots of exciting works, especially within the National Competition.

    An extraordinary team and approach to organization.
    It is worth noting separately the motivation and perseverance of the team, which continues to take such important measures in the extremely difficult conditions of a full-scale war.
