1 - Tema o soggetto libero;
2 - Tutte le opere presentate devono essere state realizzate dal 2020 in poi;
3 - I cortometraggi di finzione e documentari (compresi quelli di animazione) devono avere una durata massima di 30';
4 - I videoclip musicali (compresi quelli di animazione) devono avere una durata massima di 10';
5 - I cortometraggi realizzati con gli smartphone devono avere una durata massima di 30';
6 – Il Festival accetta l’iscrizione di opere provenienti da ogni parte del mondo. I cortometraggi in lingua italiana devono essere sottotitolati in lingua inglese. I cortometraggi non in lingua italiana devono essere sottotitolati in lingua inglese o italiana;
7 - È possibile inviare un solo cortometraggio per quota di iscrizione: più cortometraggi richiedono più quote di iscrizione;
8 - I produttori e/o gli autori (o i loro delegati) e/o i richiedenti l’iscrizione delle opere al Moon Arts Film Festival, sono gli unici responsabili della gestione dei diritti d'autore sui materiali presentati al festival. Il Moon Arts Film Festival non è in alcun modo responsabile dell’eventuale lesione di tali diritti;
9 - Iscrivendo la tua opera al Moon Arts Fim Festival, ci dai il diritto di proiettare il tuo film davanti a un pubblico dal vivo;
10 - Iscrivendo la tua opera al Moon Arts Fim Festival, ci dai il diritto, a scopo di promozione del festival, di utilizzare parti o immagini della tua opera attraverso i nostri canali on line, social, nei comunicati stampa, locandine e sui media in generale;
11 – Le opere devono essere inviate al Festival on line attraverso una modalità che permetta anche di scaricarle (ad esempio un link Vimeo che, oltre alla visione, consenta il download);
12 - Il giudizio dei giurati per le preselezioni e dei giurati per le selezioni, i riconoscimenti ufficiali e le menzioni speciali è insindacabile;
13 – Il Festival si riserva l’opzione di inserire, in qualsiasi momento, anche un premio in denaro per una o più categorie di finalisti;
14 - Il festival può rifiutarsi di accettare un’opera per motivi di discrepanza con lo spirito del festival: intolleranza razziale, etnica, nazionale, di genere, violenza, pornografia, etc.
15 - I registi, i produttori, gli autori, gli attori etc. selezionati alla fase finale del Festival, sono responsabili del viaggio, dell'alloggio e di tutte le altre spese, salvo diversa decisione a discrezione dell’organizzazione del Festival;
16 – Il Festival si riserva il diritto di modificare i programmi di proiezione dei film per cause di forza maggiore indipendenti dall'organizzazione;
17 - L'iscrizione di un cortometraggio (finzione, documentario, animazione) o di un videoclip musicale (inclusi quelli di animazione) costituisce l’accettazione dei termini del Regolamento del Festival, inclusa la dichiarazione di autenticità del materiale presentato e il possesso di tutti i diritti ad esso connessi;
18 - L'iscrizione di un vostro lavoro al festival comporta l'accettazione di tutte le regole sopra esposte.

1 - Free theme or subject;
2 - All submitted works must have been made after 2020;
3 - Fiction and documentary short films (including animated films) must have a maximum running time of 30 minutes;
4 - Music videos (including animated films) must have a maximum running time of 10 minutes;
5 - Short films made with smartphones must have a maximum running time of 30 minutes;
6 - The Festival accepts submissions from all over the world. Short films in Italian must be subtitled in English. Short films not in Italian must be subtitled in English or Italian;
7 - Only one short film may be submitted per entry fee; multiple short films require multiple entry fees;
8 - Producers and/or authors (or their delegates) and/or applicants for submissions to the Moon Arts Film Festival are solely responsible for managing the copyright on the materials submitted to the festival. The Moon Arts Film Festival is in no way responsible for any infringement of such rights.
9 - By submitting your work to the Moon Arts Film Festival, you grant us the right to screen your film in front of a live audience.
10 - By submitting your work to the Moon Arts Film Festival, you grant us the right, for the purposes of promoting the festival, to use portions or images of your work through our online channels, social media, press releases, posters, and in the media in general.
11 - Submissions to the Festival online must be made via a downloadable format (for example, a Vimeo link that allows both viewing and downloading).
12 - The judgement of the jurors for the pre-selections and of the jurors for the selections, official recognitions and special mentions is final;
13 – The Festival reserves the right to include, at any time, a cash prize for one or more finalist categories;
14 – The Festival may refuse to accept a work for reasons of discrepancy with the spirit of the Festival: racial, ethnic, national, or gender intolerance, violence, pornography, etc.
15 – Directors, producers, authors, actors, etc. selected for the final phase of the Festival are responsible for travel, accommodation, and all other expenses, unless otherwise decided at the discretion of the Festival organization;
16 – The Festival reserves the right to modify film screening programs due to force majeure beyond its control;
17 – Submission of a short film (fiction, documentary, animation) or music video (including animated films) constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Festival Regulations, including a declaration of authenticity of the submitted material and ownership of all related rights;
18 - Submitting your work to the festival implies acceptance of all the rules set out above.
