Once a year, we host a Film Festival with live screenings in 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧, 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 and Madrid, Spain. Our primary mission is to discover and promote talented filmmakers worldwide, providing them with a platform to showcase their work to the public. Joining our festival presents a fantastic opportunity to engage in international competition and gain recognition on a global scale. The festival is mainly devoted to the presentation of short films, it is interested not only in European short films, but also in world ones. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧, 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥.

We have already presented several interesting films at the festival, which are definitely worth mentioning. At the festival we presented:

✅ the representative of Finland in the 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 – The Rasmus – Jezebel were participants of the festival
✅ in the movie "I wish for you", the actor 𝐉𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐬, known in movies like 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢, 𝐙𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐧𝐲𝐝𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞, 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰, 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, 𝐃𝐢𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝟐 and many others.

𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐉𝐔𝐑𝐘
𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨, born in Geneva, Switzerland, on April 1, 1979. 30 years in the audiovisual world. More than 300 awards and nominations at festivals around the world. Directing and Producing short formats, web series, TV Shows, documentaries, interviews, etc. for film festivals, cinema and television (RTS - Swiss National Televison), TV5 Monde any many others. Member of Swiss Films and Swiss Society of Authors.

𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐣𝐳𝐚𝐣 𝐉𝐚𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐣 is the author of several books and screenplays. Her work won several awards at international film festivals. Among her successful projects are the films "Bolero in the Elders' House", "The Skin of a Dog" and "The Ring". Her talent and creativity are recognized all over the world.

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨 was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia on January 13, 1997. In 2018, he started his training at SAE Institute Geneva in "Digital Film Production" where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 2021. During these three years of studying, he developed his abilities and finally got answers to all of his questions. He directed short films: "Hopeless", "Zugzwang", "Hikikomori", the documentary "Unsecure" and the fictional commercial "Salomon". He had the opportunity to take part in the shoots of my other classmates as a script supervisor, lighting supervisor and 1st assistant director.

European Short Awards aims to present the selection films to a wide audience. The selection will also include films from other continents, because our goal is also to present films from different cultures of the world. After the previous editions, which were held in Madrid, Prague and Brno, the festival decided to move to London due to higher audience participation and more interesting partners. The festival will be held on July 31 - August 1, 2025 in the Close Up Cinema London.
