1. Eligibility

Open to writers of all experience levels and nationalities.

Submissions accepted from individuals, writing teams, and students.

All genres and formats are welcome: short, feature-length, episodic pilots, student scripts, experimental works, etc.

2. Submission Formats

All screenplays must be submitted in PDF format.

Scripts must be written in English. Non-English scripts must include an English translation.

File name must include the title of the script only (no author names, to ensure fair judging).

3. Script Requirements

Short Screenplays: 1–30 pages

Feature-Length Screenplays: 70–130 pages

Student Projects: No page requirement, but must be accompanied by valid student ID or enrollment proof

Experimental/Other Formats: Page length flexible, but must include a brief synopsis explaining the concept

4. Originality & Rights

All submitted material must be the original work of the applicant(s).

The applicant(s) must own all rights to the submitted screenplay.

Adaptations of public domain works are permitted but must be clearly labeled.

5. Multiple Entries

Multiple submissions are allowed, but each script must be submitted separately with its own entry fee.

6. Co-Writers

Co-authored scripts are accepted. Only one of the writers needs to submit, but all co-writers must be credited.

Awards will be issued in the name of the submitting writer unless otherwise requested.

7. Judging Process

All scripts will be read and scored by a panel of industry professionals and seasoned readers.

Judging is anonymous; please do not include your name or contact info on the script itself.

8. Entry Fees

All entry fees are non-refundable.

Fees are used to support the festival operations, jury panel, and awards.

9. Notification

Finalists and winners will be notified via email and announced on the festival website and social media channels.

Selected scripts may be invited for a live or virtual table read.

10. Legal

Submission does not guarantee selection or award.

By submitting, you agree that the festival may use your title, logline, and script excerpts for promotional purposes (with proper credit).

All rights to the script remain with the writer.
