Who can participate?
*Any film that have not been exhibit in any kind of media.
*At least one member of the video production is latino (director, actor, writer, producer, etc.)
*We accept films from all over the world.
*There is not age limit; however, for anyone under 18, he or she must have a parental consent form sign.
*Films must be sent within the specified date.
*Films will be disqualified if they violate copyright law, or if do not follow the requirements of the Latino Film Festival.
*All films submitted must be family friendly PG to PG13 range.
*Submitters/Filmmakers are fully responsible of any copyrights infringement from the material sent.
*By submitting any content to this site, you understand and agree that you are giving the Latino Film Festival a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive and sublicenseable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display and creative derivative works from any such submissions, in whole or in part, in any form (including for promotional or marketing purposes). You agree not to disparage, defame or otherwise seek to damage anyone or invade anyone’s rights through any submitted content. LATINO FILM FESTIVAL OMAHA, reserve the right to update or modify any part of this festival at any time without prior notice.
¿Quién puede participar?
*Cualquier película inédita.
*Al menos un integrante latino de la video producción (director, actor, escritor, productor, etc.)
*Aceptamos películas de cualquier parte del mundo.
*No hay límite de edad; sin embargo, para las personas menores de 18 años de edad, deberán enviar un consentmiento firmado por el tutor legal.
*Las películas deberán ser enviadas en el periodo establecido.
*Las películas serán descalificadas si violan los derechos de autor, o si no siguen los requisitos establecidos por el Festival de Cine Latino en Omaha.
*Todas las películas enviadas tienen que pasar PG 13 Sistema de clasificación de películas.
*Las personas que nos envíen sus videos son totalemente responsables de cualquier violación de derechos de autor del material enviado.
* Al enviar cualquier contenido a este sitio, usted entiende y acepta que le está dando permiso al Festival de Cine Latino libre de regalías, irrevocable, no exclusiva licencia para usar, reproducir , publicar, distribuir , reproducir, publicar las obras enviadas en su total o parcial, en cualquier forma ( incluyendo fines promocionales) . Usted está de acuerdo en NO menospreciar , difamar o tratar de dañar a nadie ni invadir los derechos de nadie a través de cualquier medio enviado.
