A donation waiver (fee waiver) applies only to early and regular entries and is available to artists who have had more than three works selected in previous editions of the Videomedeja Festival. Fee waivers may also be granted in exceptional circumstances, upon justified request, including limited access to online payment systems or applicants from crisis-affected regions.

Donation waivers are not available for extended entries.
