Clorofilla Film Festival 2026
Il Clorofilla Film Festival è il festival di cinema di Legambiente. Si svolge in provincia di Grosseto e in diverse località italiane durante tutto l’anno. Per l'edizione 2026, il festival rinnova la collaborazione con Antropocine e Kansassiti per una selezione dei lavori che entreranno in concorso. Le collaborazioni comprendono anche le attività con le associazioni CLAN e Le vie dell'orto oltre che con molti festival sia del territorio che di altre regioni.
Il cuore della manifestazione è ad agosto a Festambiente (Parco della Maremma), l'evento nazionale di Legambiente, dove si terranno le premiazioni dei documentari a tema ambientale e sociale.
Le Sezioni in Concorso
DOC AMBIENTE E SOCIALE: Documentari (max 85') che esplorano il legame tra uomo, natura e società. Premiazione: agosto 2026 a Festambiente.
PREMIO VITTORIO DE SETA: In omaggio al maestro del documentario, cerchiamo opere che raccontino culture popolari, storie di confine e luoghi dimenticati. Premiazione: Magna Graecia Film Festival, Soverato (CZ).
AGRIDOC: Il cinema che racconta l'agricoltura sostenibile, le buone pratiche e l’alimentazione sana. Premiazione entro dicembre 2026
MONTANARIA (in collaborazione con CAI): La montagna a 360°: alpinismo, tutela del territorio e bellezza delle alte quote. Premiazione entro dicembre 2026
#SOLOUNMINUTO: Una sezione speciale nata dall'impegno di Lorella Ronconi. Cerchiamo cortometraggi di 60 secondi che parlino di temi ambientali e sociali. Premiazione entro dicembre 2026
Regolamento e Note Tecniche
DURATA: Massimo 85 minuti per i documentari; 1 minuto per la sezione #SOLOUNMINUTO.
LINGUA: Per le opere straniere sono obbligatori i sottotitoli in italiano.
ISCRIZIONE: Non è richiesta una scheda esterna; utilizzeremo i dati inseriti su FilmFreeway. Non è prevista quota di iscrizione.
SELEZIONE: Essendo un festival itinerante, la comunicazione delle date e dei luoghi specifici avverrà in itinere. Gli autori selezionati riceveranno una comunicazione ufficiale via mail dalla segreteria del festival (oltre alla mail automatica di filmfreeway).
ARCHIVIO: Le opere inviate entreranno a far parte dell'archivio del festival per future iniziative (previa autorizzazione di autori/produzioni).

Clorofilla Film Festival 2026
The Clorofilla Film Festival is Legambiente's film festival. It takes place in the province of Grosseto and in various Italian locations throughout the year. For the 2026 edition, the festival is renewing its collaboration with Antropocine and Kansassiti for a selection of the works that will compete in the competition. Collaborations also include activities with the CLAN and Le vie dell'orto associations as well as with many festivals both locally and in other regions.
The heart of the event is in August at Festambiente (Parco della Maremma), Legambiente's national event, where the awards for environmental and social documentaries will be held.
The Sections in Competition
DOC ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL: Documentaries (max 85') that explore the link between man, nature, and society. Award ceremony: August 2026 at Festambiente.
VITTORIO DE SETA AWARD: In homage to the master of documentary filmmaking, we are looking for works that tell stories of popular cultures, borderlands, and forgotten places. Award ceremony: Magna Graecia Film Festival, Soverato (CZ).
AGRIDOC: Films that explore sustainable agriculture, best practices, and healthy eating. Award ceremony by December 2026.
MONTANARIA (in collaboration with CAI): A 360° view of the mountains: mountaineering, land conservation, and the beauty of high altitudes. Award ceremony by December 2026.
#SOLOUNMINUTO: A special section created thanks to the commitment of Lorella Ronconi. We are looking for 60-second short films that address environmental and social issues. Award ceremony by December 2026.
Rules and Technical Notes
Duration: Maximum 85 minutes for documentaries; 1 minute for the #SOLOUNMINUTO section.
Language: Italian subtitles are mandatory for foreign works.
Registration: No external form is required; we will use the data entered on FilmFreeway. There is no registration fee.
Selection: As this is a traveling festival, specific dates and locations will be communicated as the festival progresses. Selected authors will receive official notification by email from the festival secretariat (in addition to the automatic email from FilmFreeway).
Archive: Submitted works will become part of the festival archive for future initiatives (subject to author/production authorization).

Il miglior documentario, il vincitore del Premio De Seta e il miglior corto della sezione #Solounminuto riceveranno un premio che consiste in un’opera d’arte realizzata con materiali di recupero.
Sono previsti anche premi per le sezioni Agridoc e Montanaria.

The best documentary, the winner of the De Seta Prize and the best short in the #Solounminuto section will receive an award consisting of a work of art made with recycled materials.
