READ THE RULES BEFORE SUBMITTING

There are a few rules about submitting your film:

1. Your film must have been directed, written and/or produced by college level students. Films must be in English or subbed in English.

2. Films must be at least five minutes in length and no more than one hour.

3. In order to be eligible for the High Country Film Fest, your film must have been completed after January 1st 2015.

4. We accept online links for preview screenings, but we would require that DVD copies be sent in to the festival at this address: Film Festival c/o English Department Sanford Hall / ASUBoone, NC 28608 United States

5. Under the brief synopsis of your film, we request that you add the name of your school that you are currently attending and a photocopy of your student ID.

6. Foreign films are acceptable, however any film that doesn't have English dialogue requires English subtitles to be considered for our festival.
