Here at Lift-Off we have seen a rise in fantastic, up and coming writing talent. Because of this, we want to give first-time screenwriters unprecedented access to the industry.

We accept all treatments, works in progress and scripts for all types of content (including web series, animation, short and feature length films). Single page treatments are free to submit and top 10% of these will be invited along with the other selections!

Selected writers will receive access to our online filmmakers, via our exclusive Festival Hub. This is the centre of communications and networking for the 11 festivals Lift-Off run, in 9 different countries around the world throughout the year.

Screenwriters selected from this showcase will be invited to network with these filmmakers virtually and gain access to industry interviews and video workshops. You will also receive a free reviewers pass to any physical screenings at the festival.

Writers will also be invited to our showcases, held at our headquarters at the world famous Pinewood Studios, to meet the Lift-Off team and screening filmmakers.

We look forward to reading your projects and are very excited to see the networking and potential collaborations that will be born from this.
