Short Film Festival under the theme 'Paranormal'.

200€ money prize for the 1st place in each category (International, National and National Under-18)

Exclusive trophy, design and conceived by Living Lab do Fundão, to all winners in the following categories: International, National, National Under-18, Public Award and Honorable Mentions.

Rules & Terms

The short films must have between 1 and 10 minutes.
The production year of the film must be between 2018 and 2024.
The theme is the ‘Paranormal’. This must be explicit on films at contest.

Out of participation are all films already admitted to the competition in the previous editions.

There are three competitive categories:
- National (for Portugal)
- International
- Under 18 (only for Portugal)

All Works must be sent until July 15, 2024.

• The Works must be delivered (submitted) in DVD format, or other digital formats by email (to download if necessary). Accepted formats (commercial DVD): avi, mp4, vob.
• All films that are not spoken in Portuguese, should be subtitled in English or in Portuguese.
• Sending costs are supported by the participants.
• The work will not be returned.
• The short films will become part of the file of Gardunha Fest. and can be used for promotional purposes in future editions.
• Short Films with commercial or political purposes will not be accepted.
• All films must be submitted along with a registration form, fill and signed.

    A wonderful festival and a must-see for Paranormal cinema.
    We are very grateful for the opportunity to participate with "La nana de Lilith (Lilith's Lullaby)" in this 10th edition.
    The communication has been great, both via email and social media. In addition, it is important to note the sensitivity and support of the festival towards student films such as ours.
