**ATTENTION!
Due to the enormous response we've gotten we are pausing submissions until July 1. We apologize for the inconvenience but want to make sure we have the time to get to the many, many submissions we've gotten before we move forward once more.
Please check back on July 1 for another opportunity to submit.
Thank you!**

This will be a one day festival showcasing short indie horror and sci-fi films held in Flint, Michigan at Mott Community College.

This is a FREE event to submit to and a low cost show for fans to attend.
We are a small show run by passionate fans trying to support independent films and the local horror scene.

While we would love to have filmmakers in attendance for the event we do understand that many of you submitting will be unable to attend but we will find ways for you to participate in the festival somehow if we choose your film.

Rules & Terms

We are looking for short (under one hour) horror and science fiction films but will consider dark fantasy.

We accept DVDs and digital submissions.

We want the film, and details about the film for submission - director, writer, actors...
If it is accepted for the festival we will ask for the poster and other information for sharing.

PLEASE only submit HORROR, SCIENCE FICTION, or DARK FANTASY. We are primarily looking for horror but are open to the other two genres as well. We are getting great entries but are getting a lot of films that do not fit our festival and it's slowing our process down.

MUST be a student of a Flint, MI/Genesee County, Michigan school to win the JON COCKERILL MEMORIAL AWARD.

MUST be a Michigan based filmmaker to win the CHARLES SHAVER MEMORIAL AWARD.
