We are honored to announce that the Third Ammar International Popular Film Festival (AIPFF) will be held in Tehran.
AIPFF is held in cooperation with the Office of Islamic Republic Cultural Front Studies and in addressing cultural, social, economic, environmental, and political areas, has focused on the issues that threaten peace, freedom and justice in human society. Representing neglected opportunities and potentials, and providing positive, healthy and successful role models in the world are AIPFF's main missions.

Awards & Prizes

Special award: $ 3,000
The first winner’s award: $ 1,500 + the festival’s Golden Lantern
The Second winner’s award: $ 1,000 + certificate of appreciation
Fringe awards: three $ 500 awards for the best works

Rules & Terms

1. For every entry one should fill out a single submission form online, at: http://en.ammarfilm.ir/submit.php

2. There should be a screener download link in the form for each entry & if it has a password, it should be mentioned in the form and the links must not have expiration date

3. The entries are accepted in any language but non-English entries must have English Subtitle.

4. Films should not contain any logo or watermark

5. Only completed forms will be processed.

6. All Films will be preserved in the festival's film database for future reference.

7. No submission fee is required.

8. There are no limits about the duration of the films.

9. The Official selections will be announced before the festival opening ceremony.

10. The dialogue list, director picture, the official pictures or posters of the films can be attached on the online submission form

11. The Officially selected films must deliver the required materials after the announcement: (Stills of the film, Director Photo, Dialogue list, Original movie file) or else they will be not processed after official warnings
