se23.mov is a short festival taking place in south east London from 12 July to 12 August. We'll be screening films at a number of venues in the area and exhibiting films and artists videos at a number of local galleries.

Awards & Prizes

We're giving a £50 prize for the best short film.

Rules & Terms

Films must be under 20 minutes and completed after January 2013.

You must have copyright clearance for all work submitted. This includes any music that may be contained in your film or films. This is not the responsibility of the festival organisers and by submitting your films you give us access and permission to screen your film at any of the se23.mov events and for any promotional purposes for the festival.
