Présenté et dirigé artistiquement par Martin Neveu et Téo Yacoub (Four Lane Road), le Sophisticated Films Festival a pour but de mettre en valeur la création cinématographique de court-métrage et la faire découvrir au grand public.

La première édition s'est déroulée le 9 janvier 2016 à Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (91) dans l'auditorium du centre artistique Rudolf Noureev.
Ces trois dernières années, le festival s'est déroulé au Cinéma de L'Espace Marcel Carné à Saint-Michel-Sur-Orge (91).

Chaque année le jury est soigneusement sélectionné, et a été composé notamment de Colin Solal Cardo (réalisateur), Zinedine Soualem (acteur), Harold Valentin (producteur), Elise McLeod (réalisatrice) ou encore Rio Vega (acteur).

Presented and artistically directed by Martin Neveu and Téo Yacoub (Four Lane Road), the Sophisticated Films Festival aims to highlight the cinematographic creation of short films and to make it known to the general public.

The first edition took place on 9 January 2016 in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (91, France) at the auditorium of the artistic center Rudolf Noureev.
These past three years, the festival took place at the Cinéma de L'Espace Marcel Carné in Saint-Michel-Sur-Orge, France (91, France).

Every year, the members of the jury are being selected carefully. In the past editions, the jury has been composed of professionals like Colin Solal Cardo (director), Zinedine Soualem (actor), Harold Valentin (producer), Elise McLeod (director) or Rio Vega (actor).

Rules & Terms

Votre film doit impérativement durer entre 5min minimum et 20min maximum, et doit être en français ou sous-titré en français. En cas de sélection, un DCP sera nécessaire à sa projection.

En candidatant au Sophisticated Films Festival, vous confirmez avoir tous les droits nécessaires à la projection de votre film.
En cas de problème juridique, le SFF ne sera pas tenu responsable.

Your film must last between minimum 5min and maximum 20min, and must be in French or subtitled in French. In case of selection, a DCP will be necessary for the screening.

By sending your film to the Sophisticated Films Festival, you are confirming that you have all the necessary rights for your film to be projected.
In any type of legal issue, the SFF will not be held responsible.

    Un très beau festival avec le cœur sur la main et des organisateurs jeunes et pleins d'énergie. Je souhaite qu'il y ait pleins d'autres éditions !!
