The Arete Film Festival is an event hosted by the Arete Academy at the Time Community Theater. We will be showing several short films from directors from the Fox Valley area. We are also excepting films from directors from throughout Wisconsin. The event will have 5 or 6 short films and will be followed up with an independent feature length film.
The Festival will be split into two parts, the short films and the feature length film. You will need to purchase one ticket for each part, or you could buy a day pass. A day pass is a pass that allows you to participate in both parts but you only have to pay once.
The doors will open at 12:30 and the event will start at 1:00. There will be a Q&A after the Short film segment and then there will be a intermission and the second half will start at 6 and will consist of the feature length film and another Q&A

The short films can not be longer than 30 minutes
All entries need to be from a director out of Wisconsin
The Feature Length films can not be any longer than 2 hours and 30 minutes long
They need to be a pg 13 rating or lower (If you are unsure if your film would be classified as a pg 13 or lower, send us an email with the film. One of our associates will review it and get back to you
All Movies are due on March 17th
