That One Film Festival is dedicated to screening and exhibiting works of moving image that are experimental, weird, obsessive, no/low budget, avant-garde and fun. We are committed to supporting emerging and experimental creators, as well as engaging and educating audiences by facilitating film screenings and broadening an understanding of what moving image can be. We encourage experimental filmmakers, emerging artists, students and other creators to submit their work.

The festival is produced in partnership with the Muncie Arts and Culture Council and Ball State University School of Art.

That One Film Festival aims to contribute to the advancement of the art form and to broaden the understanding and appreciation of moving image in Delaware County and the surrounding eastern Midwest.

  • Excellent festival. Already looking forward to applying next year. Maura, Kristin, and the crew were on top of communication and really took care of the filmmakers in attendance. I was so excited that my work was featured along with other great films and programming. Great experience all around.

A terrific new festival for the region. I was honored to be featured among a first class line up. Communication was clear, organized and extraordinarily welcoming. I regret that I was unable to attend, but I heard great things about the events.
