Rules & Terms

Regulations:

-Multiple entries are welcome, and each entry in different submission categories requires its own submission fee.
-Submissions in languages other than English must include subtitles.
-We accept works in progress.
-Entry fees are non-refundable.
-Submitted entries will not be returned.
-Films, videos, and scripts from any year are eligible for submission.
-Entry fees are in USD.
-By submitting a film to the festival, you grant us permission to use an excerpt from the accepted films for promotional purposes. The person or entity submitting the film confirms they have the authorization to screen the film and agrees to abide by these rules and regulations. The Competition reserves the right to refuse entries. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold the festival harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees and court costs, related to copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the submitted screening videos. Entries will not be returned.
