Prefer unreleased videos. If accepted into the festival videos must be removed from YouTube, Facebook, Dailymotion, etc. from the period of acceptance until 45 days after the festival end.

By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree.

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant CCFF, CIFF, CWF et al, exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use as it relates to CCFF or the CWF showcase. ALL OWNERSHIP RIGHTS ARE STILL HELD BY THE SUBMITTER for their property. Any negotiation for buying your property/content is subject to all United States laws and CWF, CCFF are not responsible for any claims made by content holders. By participating in the contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that CCFF, CWF may use such information for marketing and other purposes.
