Night Of The Short Film is a international short festival held at an amazing retro movie house in Antwerp, Belgium.

Filmhuis Klappei has all it takes to have a wonderful nightly festival: a beautiful screening room and a nice and cosy cafeteria.

Night Of The Short Film welcomes you to submit your short film. Not only for your work to be viewed by an audience and a jury of movie professionals, but also to compete against other creative filmmakers around the world. The winners of the Live Festival can be interviewed on the spot.

Rules & Terms

1. Movies need to be submitted in 1280x720 or 1920x1080.
When selected we will ask you to transfer a quality copy in a H264 format (.mp4/mov).
2. The total allowed length of the short movie is up to 40 minutes.
3. Subtitles: unless spoken in Dutch or English, all movies need to have English subtitles, BAKED IN!
4. Publication: the winning movies will have its movie poster published on the Night of the short film website.
5. The jury's decision is final.
We DO NOT publish your film online but can use a still or fragment for marketing.
