'Ignite' is a celebration of creativity through film. Nothing excites us more than seeing films that surprise us and show us things that we have never seen before. We love the non-conforming, the extraordinary - the films that dare to do things that others won't.
We are excited to welcome independent films produced around the globe - films that showcase diverse creativity from every culture.
For Ignite 2023 we ask you to join us in our incredible home - 'The Parade Cinema'. This stunning independent state-of-the-art cinema in the beautiful town of Marlborough, a fantastic part of the UK, with a fully licensed bar and a fantastic cafe is the perfect setting for the Ignite Film Festival.
During the event we will be showcasing our fantastic officially selected films, hosting networking sessions, and presenting our ambitious plans for the future of Ignite Film Festival. In addition to this we will be giving attendees the opportunity to put their questions to some of the selected film makers during our exclusive Q&A sessions. A perfect opportunity for filmmakers and film lovers to engage directly.
Ignite Film Festival will be closed out by a lavish gala awards night where you can expect red carpets, black ties, glamorous gowns, champagne, awards and celebrations - closely followed by networking and celebrations for as long as you can manage it.
Our core values are simple:
Support independent filmmakers.
Provide a diverse platform.
Have fun doing it.
We cannot wait for you to be a part of Ignite.
