Chellavision short film fest

Our mission is to showcase visionary film artists who push creative boundaries — from the United States and around the world, and to introduce audiences to their work.
Will feature programs in the categories of narrative, documentary, music video, animation, experimental and virtual reality projects.

We also present a monthly program of selected shorts & music videos at Indio Performing Arts Center. Official selections are eligible towards the "Best of the Fest" screening at the end of the year. Concludes with awards ceremony.

Visionary Award
To be awarded to a “Best of Festival”

Rules & Terms

Films must be no more than 15 minutes (including credits).
Screenplays must be no more than 15 pages.

If selected:
• Films must be available for projection in DCP.
• All non-English language films must have English language subtitles.
• Two (2) publicity stills from the film.
• Full production credits and director’s biography.
• Film synopsis – 50 words.
• 30 second Trailer
