Barcelona Planet Film Festival

1. Barcelona Planet Film Festival welcomes submissions in all forms and genres.
2. Filmmakers may submit multiple projects, but each entry must be accompanied by a separate submission form and fee.
3. All fees are non-refundable.
4. Films of any production year are eligible for submission.
5. Submissions are accepted from filmmakers worldwide.
6. Caution: Participants must ensure the quality of their films. Ensure that your films meet broadcasting standards: no watermarks, optimal image flow, etc.
7. If your film is selected, Spanish subtitles will be required for public screenings if the original language is not Spanish or Catalan.
8. Submission does not guarantee inclusion as an official selection at BPFF. Even if selected, there is no assurance of winning or screening.
9. Decisions made by the BPFF selection committee and jury are final.
10. Submission statuses will be communicated through our submission platforms, and submitters are responsible for monitoring their submission status.
11. BPFF does not provide feedback on submitted films or the jury's decisions.
12. The Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes to regulations or scheduling.
13. All submitted documents and materials may be used for publication on the website or social networks for promotional purposes.
14. The filmmaker certifies full rights and agrees to indemnify the Festival organizers against all claims, demands, costs, damages, expenses (including legal fees), proceedings, and losses resulting from the screening of the film at the Festival or claims by third parties.
15. Submission to the Festival implies acceptance of the entire regulation. The organizing committee will deliberate in cases of controversy or matters not covered by this regulation.
