This was the perfect venue and the perfect festival for our film. Pelle and Bettina and Daniel and Mads and everyone else were simply fantastic. The film festival is part of the larger jazz festival that is taking place at the same time. This is a smaller festival and still in its infancy (this was their second year), so there weren't any filmmaker panels, though we did a Q&A after the film which went fantastic. Audiences aren't full-houses yet, but those who attend are enthusiastic. And Copenhagen is stunning. We showed in the Husets Bio which we LOVED and is housed in a building with a jazz club and a game cafe/bar. Brilliant, artsy setting. I highly recommend this experience to anyone not looking for a super high-profile experience. This isn't a sellers market (yet), but it is a festival with a deep love for what it is doing and an incredible experience for filmmakers wanting to connect with audiences. And if you love jazz, you'll want to be here.
