  • What a great festival! The organizers were so welcoming and communicative throughout the entire process - I wasn't able to be in Sheridan myself but they arranged for passes for a couple colleagues who are based in Wyoming. I wish I could've attended WYO Film Festival in person but hopefully next time!

WYO Film Festival is one of the most hospitable, thoughtful, and well attended film festivals I’ve had the pleasure of attending. The festival curated informative and considered Q/A talkbacks with filmmakers from every film presented. The communication is top notch. This festival is ambitious in its programming and continuing to grow. Will definitely be submitting to this festival for years to come. Highly recommend!!

Sheridan WYO has a word-of-mouth reputation with filmmakers as an up-and-coming local fest, and I can see why from my interactions with them. I wasn't able to attend in person for scheduling reasons (a big disappointment for me, because exploring Wyoming was definitely on my agenda when I applied), but the communication and support from the festival was excellent, and the line-up of films, some of which our film has played with before, was very, very strong. I'd love to bring another film to WYO, and attend next time for sure!
