This may be the most professional festival out there. Not only do they communicate consistently but they take a personal interest in your success. Thank you for the Best Thriller Screenplay feature award. I would have said the same regardless, but definitely an exciting acknowledgment due to the quality level of this festival. Proud to be a part of it. Writers, this is one of the best, so submit!

The Los Angeles Film Awards is definitely a festival to keep on your radar. They offer categories to the artist that many festivals don’t even consider. I was beyond honored to win Inspiring Woman In a Film Award. So humbled! They go a step beyond for the artist as they want to elevate you to the next level. They help with advertising on all platforms of social media, have open communication and are on their game. I so appreciate this festival and all it represents. Looking forward to the next! Thank you LAFA for you do!

  • I have never been treated so kindly and so efficiently by a film festival. Not only does the LAFA operate on a wildly professional and proficient level, they also are so brilliant at sharing content for films in their festival, in sleek and intriguing ways. Constant updates on laurels in each deliverable form, as well as posts and shares on their Instagram, and most awesomely, a custom still from your film with a review attached to it. This was such a personal touch and so great for us beginning filmmakers especially. Thank you to the LAFA Team.

We are very honored to have participated at the LAFA film program. It's a very important event in Los Angeles promoting distinguished independent movies. Everything was very organized and the communication was excellent. We were really glad also to receive awards and recognition for our movie. Keep up the good work!!
