LETNetworks' presents: #AmLatino Film Festival 2019

We want to welcome all Latin filmmakers to participate and to submit their short or feature films.

LETNetworks is choosing to showcase and award those who are chosen for the 2019 #AmLatino Film Festival.

SUBMISSION CATEGORIES & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
GENERAL - Films must be either created by Hispanic /Latin Filmmaker or story must focus on Hispanic / Latin characters or culture.

Short films:
All short films need to be maximum 40 minutes long. English or Spanglish content preferred. Subtitles accepted.

Featured films:
All featured films need to be maximum 90 minutes long. English or Spanglish content preferred. Subtitles accepted.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SUBMISSION TO THE 2019 #AmLatino FILM FESTIVAL
The following is an explanation of rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”) governing the submission of projects (hereafter referred to as “the Project”) to #AmLatino film festival for consideration for the 2019 #AmLatino Film Festival (hereafter referred to as “Festival”). All information contained in this document shall supersede the contents of the FAQ document located at (landing page link https://letnetworksamlatinoweekend.com/ )

By agreeing to the Terms And Conditions located at (link to submission via filmfreeway.com) and conditions, the entity submitting the Project (hereafter called the “Applicant”) acknowledges that he or she has obtained consent from any and all owners, creators, writers, Producers and/or other authorized representatives of the Project (hereafter called the “Project’s Owners”) whose consent is required to submit the Project to LETNetworks' #AMLatino Film Festival , and has read and understood the submission rules and regulations set forth below.
LETNetworks require all APPLICANTS, in addition to their submission, to submit a trailer and or teaser, with full rights given to LETNetworks to publish and or syndicate for promotional use on all mediums and platforms. By submitting the APPLICANT agrees to these terms and conditions.

General Rules and Regulations for Submission of a film to the #AmLatino Film Festival

Film projects’ origins (i.e. US/NON-US) is allowed to be submitted in both short and feature films. Non-U.S. films cannot interrupt the schedule of the other films that will be featured at the festival.

The length of time for a short film will be 45 minutes or longer. Featured films are no longer than 90 minutes of films.

Films are allowed to be shown at other film festival screenings, tv, internet, public distribution (DVD), streaming, on demand be eligible. Films that were privately screened are eligible.
The status of the film needs to be completed in order to be eligible for submission.
Projects must be completed to a prior to the intended deadline of May 22nd, 2019.
Applicants authorizations/rights/copyrights/trademarks permission is solely the responsibility of the content creator or submitter. LETNetworks is not responsible for copyright infringement. If unauthorized or infringed YOU, the applicants can be disqualified.
Applicants' clearing legal claims/issues of things such as an invasion of privacy, defamation, libel etc. LETNetworks will not be responsible for unauthorized inclusion of any content within the film project that may be a factor in a Third-Party Claim. This can be grounds to be disqualified for the APPLICANT.
Content language can be either/or in English/Spanglish content, and the subtitles will need to be provided on screen if in Spanish. If not submitted in the content asked for, this may be grounds for being disqualified.
All submissions uploaded must be submitted through FilmFreeway by May 22nd, 2019 .
Updated versions of a previously submitted project b will ONLY be reviewed before the submission deadline of May 22nd, 2019, any updated version thereafter WILL NOT, be reviewed.

A LETNetworks' representative will contact applicant about submission form information being correct for film festival submissions, award show purposes, and or for other purposes.
LETNetworks' is not obligated to provide feedback if we do not choose the APPLICANT for submission into the festival.

    Received an email that film was selected. Never heard from them again. I visited their Facebook page for an answer and found many filmmakers had the same question. The website still has info from 2019.
