Each BluRay for projection must be labeled with name, filmmaker, Contact info, and Running time.
FILM ENTRY RULES
The accepted exhibition format for our festival is:
BluRay Region 0 or 1
All films must be in NTSC format. PAL is not accepted. It is the filmmakers responsibility to convert PAL to NTSC.
**FEE WAIVERS NOT AVAILABLE **
-Entry fee is non-refundable.
-For preview purposes, DVDs (NTSC only) MUST BE CLEARLY labeled with film title.
-DVDs will not be returned.
-IFF cannot be held liable for DVDs which may be lost or damaged.
-No commercials.
-More than one entry may be submitted. Each entry must be accompanied by its own online entry and entry fee.
-If your film is selected, your exhibition BluRay will be due at the Festival offices no later than January 5th, 2015.
-All filmmakers will be notified via email of acceptance.
-The filmmaker will assume all shipping costs of materials.
-Please DO NOT send in a press kit until AFTER you have received notification from IFF.
-Upon acceptance, Filmmakers must agree to send no less than two high resolution digital screen shots to be used at the IFF's discretion. Digital film posters will also be accepted.
-Titles produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles.
-Not all invited films officially selected will be eligible for competition.
-Film selection for the festival will be made by the festival committee.
-The selection committees' and juries' decisions are final.
-Title of work, ID #, and name of entrant must be on all mailing containers and mailing labels, BluRays, and DVDs.
-If paying by check, the check MUST include the film title and ID #
-Import declaration statements: all non-U.S. entries must be sent via air mail registered with the declaration:
-IFF reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or Festival scheduling.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I agree to the terms outlined in the General Festival Rules for the Inspiration Film Fest. The Inspiration Film Fest is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Inspiration Film Fest from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
