What’s the deal? You can attend FREE screenings & workshops.
What to expect: View and critique independent films. Meet the filmmakers.
Winners will be announced approximately three weeks before the event.

Our mission is to encourage and increase public awareness of Woodstock by providing information to the general public through cultural events, displays of artifacts, outreach programs, communication media events and personal experiences, and to contribute, as an international attraction, to the cultural life and prosperity of our region; and to engage in all lawful activities in pursuit of the foregoing purposes.

Rules & Terms

Entries must be in English or subtitled. Add a brief description and supporting material. All genres accepted. Final acceptance is based on mailing a DVD, BluRay or preferably a USB flash drive containing a .MOV or .MPEG4 file to:

    Truly a unique festival. Nathan and Shelli love film and I was impressed with the quality of the work. The Q&A's were great as well and conducted after every screening with the filmmakers given a good 15 mins to speak about their film and answer questions.

    Thanks for having our film. I enjoyed the presentation and the longer than usual Q&A session! Not very often do short film directors get to speak at length about their films, process, and themes and this festival did just that for us.

    Why Woodstock did not live up to the hype, the Woodstock Museum Film Festival most certainly did! What a blast to be playing in three different theatres on site, have a great and interested crowd, an energized Q&A with questions and thoughts I had never been asked, awesome hosts, and share another adventure with my ❤️ Susan Judy! A ton of fun and great Q&A with love and life! Ty Thank you Nathan, Terry, and Shelli!
