TriForce Short Film Festival and Into Film, are teaming up to offer 16-19 year olds the opportunity to pitch an idea for a microshort film (2-5 minutes long), shot on a mobile phone. Four winning teams comprising of two will be selected to take part in a mobile phone-making workshop and will receive £250 of production funding per team to complete their projects.

All four completed films will then be showcased at BAFTA at a public screening, as part of the TriForce Short Film Festival on 1st December 2018, with the young filmmakers invited to attend and speak on a seminar panel about the process. You’ll get support along the way from Into Film and TriForce as well.

Filmmakers must submit:
1. A one page outline of their microshort idea.

2. A reference from a responsible adult e.g a parent/guardian/youth worker/teacher.
This can be very short – simply outlining their relationship to the filmmaking team and a short statement of support.

To enter, click submit now, and create a SCRIPT project. Write one page of A4 outlining your idea in Word, and upload to the project. You will also need to create your reference in word and upload that as a second document. If you have any questions, just email info@thetcn.com.
