A Mostra INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL tem a finalidade de divulgar e exibir obras audiovisuais de curta, média e longa-metragem; de ficção ou documental, com temáticas livres, produzidas em qualquer país. Além de promover ações de formação, debates e encontros. O Inhapim Cine Festival 21, acontecerá de forma online, devido a Pandemia do Covid 19. O festival acontece de 05 de fevereiro de 2021 a 27 de março de 2021. A premiação ocorrerá no dia 25/03/2021.

O festival respeitando a OMS, será realizado de forma on-line. A mostra abre espaço para realizadores locais (leste mineiro), de outras cidades e países apresentarem seus filmes em mostras de diferentes categorias. Nelas, serão exibidos filmes que lidam com diversas temáticas e processos criativos. Filmes de curta, média, longa-metragem e documentário. Todas as sessões são gratuitas e abrangem públicos de diversas idades. A 2ª edição da INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL dará continuidade no processo de votação de filmes pelos realizadores em categorias opostas às suas, grande sucesso da primeira edição. Além das mostras, será promovida uma oficina de Introdução Cinematográfica como contrapartida do projeto, onde o público da oficina poderá ter acesso a uma introdução aos processos de criação audiovisual, desde a criação do roteiro, seleção de atores, preparação do elenco, escolha de locação, produção, fotografia, arte, edição e pós-produção, abrindo espaço para experimentação e encorajando novas produções locais. Marina Azze já tem experiência em festivais, ela é realizadora do OFFCINE que chegará em 2021 a quinta edição e se tornou o Maior Festival de Cinema Independente do país.

Na primeira edição foram recebidos mais de 500 títulos de filmes brasileiros e exibidos 71 filmes durante a mostra. O objetivo é estimular a reflexão crítica e a formação, com uma série de atividades paralelas às exibições, tais como debates com os realizadores dos filmes e sessões comentadas. Abrindo espaço para encontro, troca difusão dos filmes brasileiros e internacionais selecionados para a mostra competitiva, dando continuidade a um trabalho de intercâmbio artístico-cultural que garante ampliação da visibilidade da cidade, além de uma visão mais ampla do cinema brasileiro em paralelo ao mercado internacional.

A premiação dos filmes acontecerá de forma online e serão distribuídos 100 títulos de premiação (certificados on-line por conta da pandemia) entre as categorias, regionais, nacionais (curtas, médias, longas, documentários) e internacionais. Se tornando assim o MAIOR FESTIVAL INDEPENDENTE DO ESTADO DE MINAS GERAIS no quesito de premiação. Lembrando que quem vence no Inhapim é escolhido pelos próprios concorrentes.

Cada realizador que participar do evento vota nos demais filmes de categorias diferentes da sua. Votação on-line e aberta a todos, com todas as notas explícitas até 3 dias após a premiação.

Também participam da votação/júri membros da AIC - Academia Independente de Cinema formada por vencedores da primeira edição do Inhapim Cine festival e de outras edições do Offcine, também realizado por Marina Azze.

Os filmes vencedores do Inhapim Cine Festival, com a autorização dos produtores e diretores, serão exibidos on-line. Também haverá uma Mostra Infantil e uma Mostra Juventude para o público de 12 a 17 anos. As demais mostras seguem a classificação indicativa.

The INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL exhibition aims to promote and screen audiovisual works of short, medium and feature films; fiction or documentary, with free themes, produced in any country. In addition to promoting workshops, debates and meetings.
The Inhapim Cine Festival 21, will take place online, due to Covid 19 pandemic. The festival takes place from February 5, 2021 to March 27, 2021. The awards will be announced on March 25, 2021.

The festival, respecting the WHO, will be held online. The festival opens space for local filmmakers (from Minas Gerais), from other cities of Brazil and different countries to present their films in different categories. In them, films that deal with different themes and creative processes will be shown. Short, medium-length and feature films and also documentary films. All sessions will be free of charge and will cover audiences of different ages. The 2nd edition of INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL will continue the process of voting for films by the directors in categories opposite of theirs, a great success of the first edition. In addition to the screenings, some Workshops of Cinematographic Introduction will be promoted as a counterpart to the project, where the audience of the workshops will have access to an introduction to the processes of audiovisual creation, from the creation of the script, casting of actors, preparation of the cast, choice of location , production, cinematography, art direction, editing and post-production, making room for experimentation and encouraging new local productions. Marina Azze already has experience in festivals, she is the director of OFFCINE which will arrive in 2021 in its fifth edition and has become the biggest Independent Film Festival in the country.

In the first edition, more than 500 titles of Brazilian films were received and 71 films were shown during the exhibition. The objective is to stimulate critical reflection and training, with a series of activities parallel to the exhibitions, such as debates with the filmmakers and commented sessions. Opening space for meetings, exchange and dissemination of Brazilian and international films selected for the competitive exhibition, continuing a work of artistic-cultural exchange that guarantees the expansion of the city's visibility, in addition to a broader vision of Brazilian cinema in parallel to the international market .

The awards ceremony will take place online and 100 awards (online certificates due to the pandemic) will be distributed between categories: regional (east of MG), national (short, medium-length, feature and documentaries) and international (shorts). Thus becoming the LARGEST INDEPENDENT FESTIVAL IN THE STATE OF MINAS GERAIS in terms of awards. Remembering that whoever wins at Inhapim is chosen by the competitors themselves.

Each director who participates in the event votes for other films in categories other than his own. Voting online and open to all, with all notes sent to the filmmakers up to 3 days after the awards ceremony.

Also participating in the vote / jury members of AIC - Independent Film Academy formed by winners of the first edition of the Inhapim Cine festival and other editions of the Offcine, also organized by Marina Azze.

The winning films of the Inhapim Cine Festival, with the authorization of the producers and directors, will be screened online. There will also be a Children's Exhibition and a Youth Exhibition for audiences aged 12 to 17 years. The other screenings follow the parental rating.

Rules & Terms

REGULAMENTO INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL 21:

Art. 1º - DA DATA E LOCAL
O Inhapim Cine Festival 21, acontecerá de forma online. Devido a Pandemia do Covid 19. O festival acontece de 05 de fevereiro de 2021 a 27 de março de 2021. A premiação ocorrerá no dia 25/03/2021.

Art. 2º – DA FINALIDADE
I - A Mostra INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL tem a finalidade de divulgar e exibir obras audiovisuais de curta, média e longa-metragem; de ficção ou documental, com temáticas livres, produzidas em qualquer país. Além de promover ações de formação, debates e encontros.
II - Promover mostra competitiva de curtas-metragens (até 15 minutos).
III - Promover mostra competitiva de médias-metragens (até 30 minutos).
IV - Promover mostra competitiva de longas-metragens (maior que 60 minutos).
V - Promover mostra competitiva de documentários (sem limite de tempo).
VI- Promover Mostra Competitiva Internacional (até 30 min).

Art. 3º - DA INSCRIÇÃO
I - Estão aptos a se inscreverem obras que contemplem as categorias anunciadas acima.
II - Filmes estrangeiros devem possuir legendas em inglês, e se possível em português/BR.
III - Só poderão participar da Mostra Competitiva os diretores que se responsabilizarem em participar da VOTAÇÃO ABERTA para os demais filmes, através de fichas enviadas pela organização do INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL 21. Curta, Média e Longa Metragem votam em categorias opostas às suas. Curta vota em Média, Média vota em Longa e Longa vota em Curta. Categoria de Documentário votam nos demais filmes de sua categoria, NÃO PODENDO votar no seu próprio filme. Categoria Internacional votam nos demais filmes de sua categoria, NÃO PODENDO votar no seu próprio filme. Categoria Regional votam nos demais filmes de sua categoria, NÃO PODENDO votar no seu próprio filme. Também participam do Júri, membros da AIC- Academia Independente de Cinema composta por vencedores da Edição Anterior e demais Festivais realizados pela MAZ. Todos os AIC também votarão de forma aberta. Entregue as notas aos realizadores até 3 dias após a premiação.
IV - Os diretores deverão enviar suas fichas de votação para a organização do INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL até o dia 19/03/2021. Diretor que não enviar suas fichas de votação até a data dita a cima estará automaticamente desclassificado.
V- Nas inscrições, é de responsabilidade dos Diretores e/ou Produtores, denominarem toda equipe técnica, bem como nome do elenco, indicando ator, personagem, coadjuvante ou protagonista em uma carta de apresentação (Cover Letter) no FilmFreeway.
VI- Todos os filmes selecionados, independente de sua categoria de inscrição, devem disponibilizar para a organização do Inhapim Cine Festival links de visualização do filme por YouTube ou Vimeo. Esta é uma regra importante e imprescindível para a votação dos filmes, pois cada cineasta/artista votante deverá acessar os filmes a que foi designado votar.
VII- Os filmes infanto-juvenis selecionados, concorrerão na categoria que foram inscritos. Mas, privilegiando o público infantil, participarão de uma Mostra Paralela de Exibição. Desde que essa exibição seja autorizada pelo diretor/produtor da obra inscrita.

Art. 4º – PRAZO DE INSCRIÇÃO
I - As inscrições são gratuitas e estarão abertas no período de 05/02/2021 à 15/02/2021 através da plataforma FilmFreeway. Dúvidas no email: inhapimcine21@gmail.com
II - O responsável deverá preencher TODA a ficha de inscrição, cuja submissão implica no aceite deste regulamento.

Art. 5º – RESULTADO DA SELEÇÃO
As pessoas responsáveis pelas inscrições serão informadas do resultado por volta do dia 19/02/2021

Art. 6º – RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL
I - O Festival não se responsabilizará por imagens e/ou músicas de terceiros utilizadas nos trabalhos inscritos, sendo que todo e qualquer ônus por problemas de direitos autorais recairão exclusivamente sobre o diretor e/ou produtor do filme e/ou o responsável pela inscrição.
II - A organização avisa que a PREMIAÇÃO será feita de forma ONLINE, enviando aos vencedores após o Encontro de Premiação os Títulos Digitais aos vencedores.
III - A organização enviará na semana do dia 26/03/2021 todas as notas dos demais diretores via e-mail.
IV- Serão distribuídos 100 títulos de premiação no festival. Transformando assim o Inhapim Cine Festival 21 no maior festival de cinema independente do Estado de MG, no quesito premiação.

Art. 7º – DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS
A organização da INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL reserva-se o direito de exibição, sem ônus, em cinema, televisão, internet e outros meios de trecho (máximo 30") ou foto da obra selecionada, para efeito de divulgação do Festival.

Art. 8º – Os participantes inscritos concordam em ceder gratuitamente o direito de exibição de seus filmes em sessões extras sem fins lucrativos organizadas ou apoiadas pela INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL, realizadas em qualquer localidade da cidade de INHAPIM dentro do período da Mostra citada acima.

Art. 9º – Os casos omissos neste regulamento serão dirimidos pela organização da INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL, sendo a decisão irrevogável.

II - Promote competitive exhibition of short films (up to 15 minutes).
III - Promote competitive medium-length films (up to 30 minutes).
IV - Promote competitive feature films (longer than 60 minutes).
V - Promote competitive documentary films (without time limit).
VI- Promote competitive international short films (up to 30 min).

Art. 3 - REGISTRATION
I - Works that contemplate the categories announced above are able to be submitted.
II - Foreign films must have subtitles in English, and if possible in Portuguese / BR.
III - Only directors who are responsible for participating in the OPEN VOTING for other films can participate in the Competitive Exhibition, through forms sent by the INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL 21 organization. Short, Medium and Feature films vote in categories opposite from theirs. Shorts vote on Medium-Length, Medium-Length vote on Feature, and Feature vote on Shorts. Documentary category vote for other films in its category, and filmmakers CANNOT vote on their own films. International category vote for other films in their category, and filmmakers CANNOT vote on their own films. Regional (East MG) category vote for other films in their category, and filmmakers CANNOT vote on their own films. Also participating in the Jury are the members of AIC (Independent Film Academy) composed of winners from the previous Editions of Inhapim Cine Festival and other Festivals held by MAZ. All AICs will also vote openly. All notes will be delivered to filmmakers within 3 days after the awards announcement.
IV - The directors must send their voting forms to the INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL organization until March 19th, 2021. Directors who doesn't send their voting forms by the date mentioned above will be automatically disqualified.
V- In the registration, it is the responsibility of the Directors and/or Producers, to name the entire technical team, as well as the name of the cast, indicating actor, character, supporting or protagonist on a Cover Letter at the FilmFreeway.
VI- All selected films, regardless of their submission category, must provide to the Inhapim Cine Festival organization the links to watch the films via YouTube or Vimeo. This is an important and essential rule for the voting of the films, as each voting filmmaker / artist must access the films to which they have been assigned to judge.
VII- The selected film with children and youth themes will compete in the category that were submitted. But, giving priority to children, they will participate in a Parallel Screenings. As long as this screening is authorized by the director/producer of the submitted film.

Art. 4 - REGISTRATION DEADLINE
I - Registration is free and will be open from February 5th 2021 to February 15th 2021 through the FilmFreeway platform. Questions will be answered via the official email of Inhapim: inhapimcine21@gmail.com
II - The person responsible must fill in ALL the registration form, whose submission implies acceptance of this regulation.

Art. 5 - SELECTION RESULT
The persons responsible for the registrations will be informed of the result by February 19th 2021.

Art. 6 - CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY
I - The Festival will not be responsible for images and/or music from third parties used in the submitted works, and any and all charges for copyright problems will be held exclusively by the director and/or producer of the film and/or the person responsible for the registration.
II - The organization warns that the AWARDS will be announced ONLINE, sending the Digital Exclusive Winner Certificates to the winners after the Award Announcement.
III - The organization will send in the week of March 26th 2021 all the notes of the other directors via e-mail.
IV- 100 award certificates will be distributed at the festival. Thus making Inhapim Cine Festival 21 the largest independent film festival in the State of Minas Gerais, in terms of awards.

Article 7 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organization of INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL reserves the right to exhibit, free of charge, in cinema, television, internet and other means of excerpt (maximum 30") or photos of the selected works, for the purpose of publicizing the Festival.

Art. 8 - The registered participants agree to freely grant the rights to show their films in extra non-profit sessions organized or supported by INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL, held in any location in the city of INHAPIM within the period of the aforementioned Exhibition.

Art. 9 - The cases omitted in this regulation will be resolved by the organization of INHAPIM CINE FESTIVAL, the decision being irrevocable.

    When I read the role I like the Idea.
    I found myself a part of the festival with all filmmakers around the world. It's Amazing communication for the team they answer anything very fast and they helpful. I recommend any filmmaker to submit here and next year I will do. The value when I got as a producer an AWARD for our film is AMAZING for me, this make me more responsibility to make a very great film here in my country Jordan. Also we got another 2 Awards in Chromatography and Trailer, these awards is important to us. I raise the hat to you.
