Rules & Terms

Terms and Conditions1. All short films must be a maximum length of 59 minutes with credit
_Film production date must be recent
Beginning of 2021

1. We accept all kinds of feature films.
2. The genres of short films we accept are: drama, crime/thriller (also includes action), comedy, horror, experimental, animation, science fiction/fantasy, and documentary.
4. The name(s) to be approved must be included in the cover letter.
5. The films have no premiere requirements or prior screening restrictions festivals or other public theatrical exhibitions,
Upon submitting the film, the presenter agrees to the following:
1. The "black cat award" can use Trailer / Teaser / Movie Poster / Still Image Excerpts for promotional purposes (but do not publish the entire movie under any form or circumstances).
4. The presenter owns all rights to the film.
The "black cat award" does not accept the following:
1. Extremist or propaganda content from religious or political organizations, racist, human rights violation, discrimination of any kind.
2. Movies with poor standard output (poor audio, lack of subtitles/captions for non-English movies, or video resolution less than 720p HD).
4. For student fees, it is necessary to prove student status (eg a copy of the student card included in the project).
5. Projects that do not follow the above rules and conditions may be automatically disqualified at the discretion of the "black cat award"
