Since the submission of a film constitutes acceptance of these Entry Rules & Regulations (by you and your agents), please review this document carefully.
When you submit your project, you agree to the following:
Films, screenplays, and novels must be in English, and you own all copyright.
Films must be fully completed before the submission date and meet quality standards -- Below 720 P resolution or poor audio will not be considered.
Films must be submitted with a private link from Vimeo, Youtube, FilmFreeway, or self-hosted. Other formats are not accepted and will be disqualified from the festival.
Screenplays must be submitted as a pdf, with or without the title page. Other formats are not accepted and will be disqualified.
Novels submitted for Book to Script must be submitted as a pdf. Other formats are not accepted and will be disqualified.
You must own the rights to your film, screenplay, or novel.
We are not liable for any copyright infringements or unauthorized usage, and any conflict should be settled by the parties involved. By submitting to our Festival, you agree to hold us harmless of any copyright infringements.
Each project should be copyright-protected or registered with the WGA.
Not all submissions are selected for the official competition. Our Judges are free to make their own choices, and no answers nor feedback will be given about not selected films.
Winners will be announced on our website, on our Winners Page, and through email. Join our blog to stay up-to-date.
Our decision on the winners in each category and the Grand Jury Golden Award is final.
