The James Bond III Film Festival Christian Editon showcases short and feature films in the Christian genre.

The James Bond III Film Festival series comprised of three separate categories including a Christian Edition, a TV & New Media Edition and of course a Horror Edition, are a juried showcase for commercial Independent films. Founded by Indie horror film pioneer James Bond III, the festival made it’s 2018 debut with an eye toward showcasing diverse media projects of both a domestic and international nature.

The festival event will take place in Kentucky, a bid to become a film destination contender.

From entries submitted annually, the festival shall endeavor to select a diverse program of original short and feature length from both experienced and emerging filmmakers/media producers. A panel ranging from industry professionals to city prominent leaders judges the entries. Prizes and/or awards are granted in each possible production department. Special panel discussions and workshops when available will be added as special events for future festivals.

Must be in English or have English subtitles.

The film can have sex, language, and nudity as long as there is a Christian or inspirational message.

If the film has no Christian or Inspirational messages, it must be family friendly. Good, wholesome entertainment is encouraged to submit.

    What a truly amazing experience we had presenting our film Tip or Treat at this wonderful festival. We were there all 3 days. It is definitely worth the ride. The communication with James and his staff was excellent; all of them very professional. Our film had good applause after it screened, and we are super happy we won. Every film, whether people are there or not, gets treated like a royal gem, with full projection out of DVDs made for the festival. We watched quite a few films while there. Would love to come back for any of their upcoming editions. Most importantly, great networking. Truly neat people.
