Blas Payri is a sound and visual artist and Professor of Audiovisual Communication specializing in Postproduction at the Universitat Politècnica de València. His work explores the intersection of sound, image, and movement, with a particular focus on screendance. He has created numerous works selected for international festivals and awarded multiple prizes. His research centers on audiovisual perception, film music, and the expressive possibilities of postproduction. He directs the EIVV – International Meeting on Videodance and Videoart, now in its 12th edition, and has participated as a curator and jury member for videoart and screendance festivals.
