Rules & Terms

All feature screenplays must be between 90 and 140 pages.
All web series and pilot scripts should have a maximum of 60 pages.
Screenplays must be in English or Spanish.

By submitting the screenplay / poster / trailer, the submitter agrees that:
1. "Gil International Screenwriting Awards" can use trailer/teaser/film poster/stills excerpt for promotional purpose.
2. Entry fees are non-refundable unless they are covered by the submission protection option, according to the FilmFreeway terms.
3. The submitter owns all the rights to the film.

"Gil International Screenwriting Awards" does not accept the following:
1. Extremist or propaganda content from religious or political organizations.
2. Pornography.

For student fee, it is mandatory the student status evidence (e.g. copy student card included in the project).

The projects that do not follow the rules & terms above can be automatically disqualified at the sole discretion of "Gil International Screenwriting Awards".

    No communicaion at all. My screenplay was "selected", but after that it was never updated to anything else after. I waited. Then, I decided to e-mail Gil International Screenwriting Awards (their Gmail inbox). After many weeks, no replies. I e-mailed once more 3 weeks after that first attempt. Still no answer. If this form would've allowed, I would´ve given them half a star (instead of a full one) for communication and hospitality. I can´t judge the other values, because they never answered.
