J. Thomas Stroud is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in the Information Technology (IT) sector, focusing on both software and hardware components. His expertise encompasses a broad range of skills from operating systems, including Windows 98 through Windows 11, to advanced knowledge in webpage design, computer graphics and animation software, Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML), encryption security, and network firewalls.

Previously, Mr. Stroud served as the Principal/Executive Director at Covenant Innovative Technologies (CIT) in Charlotte, North Carolina. CIT is renowned for its comprehensive Business Development and Management services, offering expertise in marketing plans, intellectual property, copyrights, and executive training. He also played a pivotal role as principal at Information Technology Express (ITE), specializing in the installation and repair of computer and network systems. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Vision Quest Publications, a publisher of his literary works and a facilitator for other authors. Furthermore, he co-founded Petra Business Development Corporation (PETRA BDC), focusing on high-end business development projects.

Mr. Stroud's professional experience extends into facility design and operation, budget management, corporate partnerships, and equipment procurement, showcasing his versatile skill set.
