A musician and an experimental filmmaker.

Arthur Caria has built a comprehensive and well-received body of work in experimental film making, focusing on video-poetic chronicles and short films. Two of his experimental short films ("Building" and "Unheimlich") received praise in reviews by the renowned French critic of Contemporary Contemplative Cinema, Benoit Rouilly (Unspoken Cinema). "Building" was screened at the "WIPE Berlin Amateur Film Festival" on November 14, 2025. His short film "Pomb" received an "Honorable Mention" in 2017 at the "Desvairada Video-Poetry Festival" in São Paulo, Brazil. In May 2025, another of his experimental short films, "Sweet and Tender Mancunian – an audiovisual pastiche," was selected and screened at the English festival "Lift-Off Sessions Vol. 5", promoted by the renowned Pinewood Studio in Iver, England.
