auranalysis
What if a man says he could take a picture of your emotional state, your fears and your potentialities, that is, a picture of your “aura”, would you believe him?
Well, the narrator of “auranalysis” underwent this unusual diagnostic session and the result is this unpretentious experimental short film, filled with a low-fidelity minimalist synthpop soundtrack, also an interesting sightseeing through some of the videochronicles of Arthur Caria's personal work at Clipoems.

To Amateurs, with Love.
Having worked with music and literature for most of my life (as a musician-teacher-writer), when I entered the world of filmmaking in 2011 (England Collection), which was something I had never done before, I tried to do so on a path that was closer to my experience. Since I consider myself a chronicler in my music and literature, I naturally embraced the video poetry chronicle, somewhere I could start from with more familiarity. As a direct consequence, I also began to study the world of amateur cinematography with its lovely DIY feature.
Some of the results of this short (amateur) journey that I have been producing since then, I divide into two parts:
1) the research material produced and compiled by myself which is shared in some websites mainly The Image Matters and Transmuted, and also through my AuthorZines TO AMATEURS, WITH LOVE, a leaf-it-through magazine-like fanzine publication on Amateur Artistic Filmmaking.
2) my personal artistic creation material that I share HERE and also at YouTube.
