A festival for short films on the French Riviera in September- what more could you ask for? And eclectic...suited me just fine. Staff communicate really well by email, and the clearly stated location is Nice and no association with Cannes Film Festival (which runs in the spring). So pleased to have my film about Cuba screen - 'In Everyone's Eyes (en todas las miradas)' is hardly a conventional film about Cuba. Fitted in well with this festival - unique stories for our eyes and ears.

This festival is a total scam do NOT apply! I thought it was part of the Cannes festival and booked a flight all the way to France from NY. There was only 5 people in the audience and the selection was very poorly chosen. Do NOT waste your money.
And the screening is in a small movie theater and you can't even tell there's a festival going on except there's a poster on the door where the screening takes place.
    This festival shouldn't be available.

I was very happy to attend the Cannes Short Film Festival: Two hosts, great overall hospitality and kindness. I had the opportunity to watch really incredible and convincing short films. The selection of the short films was accurate and of high quality. I was happy to make new friends with other international filmmakers and hope to collaborate with some of them in the future.
I will definetely submit my new film next year.
    Thank you!
