The UK Motion Picture Festival is back to welcome your short films, feature films, scripts ,showreels and trailers and more

We are open to films from all over the world.

Our Festival Director once again is Stuart Bannerman, Publicist, Podcaster & Convention Panel Host and also sometime filmmaker whilst running the award winning FromPage2Screen brand and he returns as part of the judging panel & continues to help publicize film & filmmakers for nearly a decade through various social media channels as well as through podcasting, his website, & the many interview films and live event panels he has hosted.

Each award winner will receive a digital certificate.

Winners will also be given the option of appearing on the Spending Time With podcast (hosted by the events Festival Director to talk about their creative life and their projects. This spin off podcast is part of the FromPage2Screen Podcast series which has run for nearly a decade. .

Films submitted and accepted will immediately begin to receive some extra publicity through the frompage2screen social media networks, such as post sharing's, online interviews, podcast appearances. The films themselves of course wont be shared, but the filmmakers will able to get that extra bit of audience building included once the 'submitted' message is sent out to them.

The following rules constitute the conditions under which motion pictures, & other materials may be submitted to the UK Motion Picture Film Festival. Do read these through as they have changed slightly since the last two events.

All submissions are subject to these rules.

You are free to enter any film or screenplay - short or feature in any appropriate category.

All films that are not in English language must have English language subtitles.

Your film will be viewed privately by the judges, and securely.

Entry fees must be paid in full at time of submission.

Fees must be paid in GBP currency. No cash payments.

All fees are non-refundable.

Each Category does specify a maximum length - these should be abided by.

Only submissions with completed submission fields & entry fees will be considered. Submissions received without a completed submission, an entry fee, or a screener will not be accepted.

No postal submissions allowed.

Notice of receipt of submissions will be posted via submitter’s FilmFreeway or Film Fest account. It is the submitter’s responsibility to track the status of their submission.

Submissions are generally updated to- “In Consideration” within 2-4 weeks of receipt.

The releases for all content including, but not limited to, music & talent must be obtained by the filmmaker. The UK Motion Picture Film Festival is not liable for any copyright infringement or unauthorized usage.
