Filippo has been around cameramen and directors since a very early age, travelling around the most hidden corners of the earth and creating TV shows. With the production of the leading Italian adventure programme Overland (broadcasted on RAI 1 with outstanding audience shares of up to 36% and 5.6 million viewers) Filippo has been constantly immersed in multicultural situations. He grew up in a global context which allowed him to develop strong interpersonal skills. Thanks to an innate capacity to bring people together and effectively manage and entertain anyone in his company, Filippo leverages successfully the so-called “emotional intelligence” to influence other people's performance and decisions. Being constantly involved in working groups made up of elite military and firemen units, cultural mediators and top managers he has built significant leadership mindset as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

All this led Filippo on the tracks of his father very early. At the age of 24 he bacame an Expedition leader for Overland’s adventure in the heart of black Africa. Facing extreme situations like starvation and thirst, unjustful arrests and kidnaping from local rebels, he led his team home safe and sound. His success followed also in the business world where he overtook the television production and successfully directed the latest Overland series.
