Rules & Terms

_ The subject of the film is open.
_ All submissions must include English subtitles.
_ The sender is responsible for copyright and legal matters.
_ The submission fee is non-refundable.
_ Filmmakers may submit multiple films, but each section requires a separate payment.
_ The sender grants the festival the right to use posters, teasers, and other promotional materials for advertising purposes.
