Carolina Fear Fest Horror Convention - celebrating all things horror at our 5th anniversary show in May 2024!

Convention will include Guest Appearances, Film Screenings, Vendors, Panels, Entertainment and more!

Accepting shorts to full-length films in the Horror and Fantasy genres, with a preference in screenings to horror.

Awards & Prizes

We are currently working towards bringing on Sponsors and culling prizes from our vendor partners.

Current awards: Lovely printed certificate with Laurel and bragging rights.

Possible awards: Carolina Fear Fest merch and sponsor swag. And the bragging rights - always the bragging rights!

Rules & Terms

Films should fall under genre categories of Horror or Fantasy. Not all films submitted will be shown at the event. Screenings schedule priority will include those films that do win award categories. Additional films will be slotted for screening as time allows.

    Had the great fortune to be able to attend one of the days and had a fantastic time at the event, as well as getting to see some truly great films from other filmmakers. I was bummed that I was only able to attend for one of the days, as the various events and films made it more than worth attending all of the days.
