The AI M0V1E Film Festival celebrates the next generation of filmmaking by showcasing the world's best AI-generated films and series. Whether you're an independent creator, artist, storyteller, or AI filmmaker, this festival is dedicated to bold cinematic storytelling powered by artificial intelligence.

We're looking for compelling stories that push the boundaries of creativity, regardless of the tools used to create them. From science fiction and fantasy to comedy, horror, documentaries, animation, romance, thrillers, and experimental films—we welcome every genre.

Selected films will be considered for screening on the AI M0V1E streaming platform, providing filmmakers with the opportunity to reach a growing global audience interested in AI-generated entertainment.

Accepted Formats

We welcome films in all aspect ratios and viewing formats, including:

• 16:9 (Landscape)
• 9:16 (Vertical)
• 1:1 (Square)
• Widescreen
• Any professionally produced digital format

Runtime Requirements

Films:

Minimum runtime: 3 minutes
Maximum runtime: 120 minutes

Series

Minimum of 3 episodes
Each episode must be 1–10 minutes in length

Festival Requirements

To be eligible for judging and any cash prizes, entrants must complete all of the following requirements:

1. Submit your project through FilmFreeway.
2. Pay the applicable festival entry fee.
3. Create a free creator account upload your film or series at http://www.m0v1e.ai

Projects that are submitted through FilmFreeway but are not uploaded to AI M0V1E will NOT be eligible for official selection, awards, or cash prizes.

Uploading your project allows our programming team to review content for festival consideration and potential distribution opportunities on the AI M0V1E platform.

Eligibility

* Open to filmmakers worldwide.
* All languages are accepted.
* Non-English films must include English subtitles.
* AI-assisted and fully AI-generated productions are welcome.
* Individual creators, studios, and student filmmakers may submit.
* Multiple submissions are permitted, provided each project has its own entry fee.

Judging Criteria

Projects will be evaluated based on:

* Storytelling
* Cinematic quality
* Creativity
* Originality
* Direction
* Editing
* Audio design
* Visual execution
* Emotional impact
* Overall audience experience

Above all, we are looking for films with a **strong cinematic story** that captivate audiences from beginning to end.

Cash Prize Eligibility

Only submissions that:

* Successfully complete their FilmFreeway entry,
* Pay the required submission fee,
* Create an AI M0V1E creator account, and
* Upload their submitted project to AI M0V1E

will qualify for any announced cash prizes, awards, or promotional opportunities.

Distribution Opportunity

Selected filmmakers may be invited to distribute their projects on the AI M0V1E streaming platform, giving creators additional exposure to audiences passionate about AI-powered entertainment.
