The Wolverhampton Screen Awards are a celebration of student filmmakers and recent graduate work in screen-based media.

Based in the Wolverhampton Screen School at the University of Wolverhampton the awards showcase the best of student achievement and creativity.

The event will include screenings of selected work and is open to current students and recent alumni. It goes hand in hand with the School of Creative Industries annual degree show shining a light on the city's creative talent.

Rules & Terms

This is a student and alumni event for the University of Wolverhampton.
Entries are for short films, no longer than 5 minutes. If your film is longer, please submit a 5-minute edit. We will then host the full version on our YouTube channel and webpage. This will be promoted as part of the awards and beyond.

Please state the course you studied at UoW and your graduation year.

We are an inclusive festival, so please provide a copy of your film with subtitles.

You must also submit an EPK with the film.
