The PAU International Student Film Festival (PAUISFF) is an annual event dedicated to showcasing student-produced films from all around the world, offering an invaluable platform for aspiring filmmakers (students) to exhibit their films, engage with industry professionals, encourage collaboration, and gain recognition for their creative talents.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Only current students or recently graduated students not later than January 2024 from any educational institutions are eligible to submit films.
2. Films must be student-produced. Proof of studentship, such as, student ID or graduation certificate should be submitted by applicants at the time of submission.
3. Each student or team can submit at most three entries.
4. The length of the work (including the opening titles and closing credits) must be within 40 minutes.
5. Films not in English must include English subtitles. Submissions without English subtitles will be disqualified.
6. Previously submitted films cannot be resubmitted.
Films must meet technical requirements specified by the festival.

Submission deadline should be adhered to and all submissions must be made using this platform.

Audio Codec: AAC.
Required submission materials (entry form, filmmaker bio, synopsis, posters should be uploaded).
Due rights and permissions must be acquired for music, footage, and other copyrighted material.

Rights and Permissions:
The festival reserves the right to use submitted films for promotional purposes (with proper credit to the filmmaker).
Filmmakers retain ownership of their work and intellectual property rights.

Amendment and Interpretation:
The festival reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations if necessary.
